Due to the production process the smiley charms you receive may not all be 100% round or flat and may have small ribbed lines along the edges. They may also not be 100% horizontal on the cord due to the holes not always being level. This is done during the production process and therefore beyond our control. The colours you receive may differ slightly to the colours of the charms shown here but will retain the same overall look.
